Elevado

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy explains how Elevado Digital Marketing ("Elevado", "we") handles information when we provide marketing and operations services to our business clients, including when our tools access data through Google APIs.

Who we serve

Our clients are businesses, mainly local contractors. We act on their behalf and only with their permission. We do not sell products to consumers through this website.

Information we access

How we use it

We use this information only to provide the services the client asked for: managing and reporting on their campaigns, routing their leads to their team, and maintaining their local presence. We do not use client data to advertise to anyone, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.

Google API data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example hosting and CRM providers), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep client data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. A client can revoke our access at any time from their own Google account settings (for example by removing our manager account link or user access in Google Ads), and can ask us to delete the data we hold by emailing us.

Security

We protect credentials and data with access controls, encrypted connections and limited staff access.
